Returning your maternity clothes

At Bumpalicious Maternity we want you to be truly happy with your purchase. However, there may be an occasion where you feel it is necessary to return or exchange an item. Please do not worry if you do. Our returns process is very simple.

If you wish to receive a refund, please return your purchase in its original condition with its tag attached and folded carefully inside the tissue paper and packaging it arrived in. The item must be unworn and capable of being resold.

UK based customers: please return your item within 7 days of receipt.

USA/Worldwide customers: please return your item within 14 days of receipt.

We are unable to exchange or refund briefs, hosiery, other underwear or swimwear unless this has been tried on over your own underwear. We may refuse a refund where it is clear that this has not been done.

Multibuy items must be returned in their entirety. Failure to do this may result in you being charged the full price for the items you keep.

We will refund you any money you have paid for that item, excluding postage as this is a third party cost that we cannot recover. The refund will be made via your original payment method.

Where the returns period has expired, we will be happy to offer an exchange within 28 days up to the value of your purchase. Any item which you would like to exchange must be in its original condition as set out above.

All items are your responsibility until received by Bumpalicious Maternity. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and appropriate insurance cover as we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit.
