Can I come to the Bumpalicious HQ to view your maternity clothes?

You certainly can. We hold all of the clothes at our premises in Moseley, Birmingham. Please call 0845 0038301 or 07766 714926 to make an appointment at a time that is convenient to you. Alternatively, we can bring the clothing to you if you live in or around Birmingham.

What are your postage charges?

Standard first class delivery is £3.75. Our guaranteed next day delivery service is £7.95. Postage is free on all orders over £75.00. Simply enter the code "Shipping" at postage. If you have a discount code, some of these include free postage over £75 and others do not. Please contact us if you are not sure whether your code includes this.

How soon after I have placed my order should I expect to receive my clothes?

Orders placed before 12 noon will be posted that day. Orders placed after that time may be posted that day but it may be the following working day. Please contact us if you need something next day but you think you may have missed our despatch cut off time. We will do all we can to send it out to you that day. Items sent by our standard delivery service should arrive within 2 working days of being despatched.

We offer a next day delivery service. This costs £7.95 and can be chosen at the Checkout.

What size do I need to buy?

Generally, you should opt for your pre-pregnancy size. However, if you feel that you have put on quite a bit of weight, please try a size larger.

We do have a detailed Size Guide as it can vary between brands. Occasionally, a particular item comes up small or large. If this is the case, it will be noted on the relevant product page. The size of a maternity occasion dress can be based on the bust size of the dress. Again, the relevant product page will state this if it is the case.

You have a maternity bridesmaid dress in blue but I am looking for it in red. Can you get it in this colour?

We have very good relationships with our suppliers and can often obtain a maternity dress in a different colour from that we have in stock. There will be a longer delivery period and an additional shipping charge for these items as they will be made to order. We do suggest that, where possible, you visit us to view the dress or buy one in the colours we have in stock just to check that it is what you are looking for. We can advise you of the additional delivery time and the additional costs involved before you confirm your order.

You don't have the item I love in my size. Are you likely to get any more in stock?

We update our stock all the time. Please contact us if you are looking for a particular size as we can order additional sizes from our suppliers to order. There will be an additional delay in the delivery of the item to you (often by only a few days). Occasionally, there will be an additional postage cost but we will advise you of this before you place your order.

I simply can't find the maternity evening dress/maternity bridesmaid dress I had in mind. Can you help?

Yes. If you tell us what it is you are looking for, we can search amongst our suppliers and see if we can order the item you want from them. It would help if you completed our Personal Profile Form so that we know exactly what it is you need. We do not charge for locating the item for you and will provide as many options as we can. However, there may be an additional postal charge and we can only issue a credit voucher if an item is specifically order for you and then you change your mind.

Can I return an item that has been specifically ordered or made for me?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of clothing that has been ordered or made especially for you. We are able to offer a credit voucher for the amount of the clothing (but not any postage charges) which can be redeemed against future orders with us.
