Delivery Information

All orders are processed the same working day that they are received and we aim to dispatch the next working day but sometimes we may need a little bit longer. We will email you in the unlikely event that dispatch will be longer than 24 hours.

Delivery to the UK mainland will usually be by first class Royal Mail recorded post or other courier and, providing the items you have ordered are in stock, should be with you in 3-5 working days.

You may need to sign for your parcel. If you are out when your parcel arrives, you may have to go to your local delivery office to collect it or re-arrange delivery for another day. A card will be left by the postman or other driver informing you of this. You usually have 7 days in which to collect your parcel before it is returned to us. Should the parcel be returned to us, we will make one further attempt to dispatch it. We reserve the right to charge a further administration fee of £2.50 for this second attempt as this is a cost that we are unable to recover.

If your order is urgent, we do offer a next day delivery service (Monday-Friday) at a charge of £7.95. When using this service, please make sure that your order is placed before 12 noon. If not, there is a chance that it may not be dispatched until the following day.

Please do let us know if you would like your parcel to be delivered without you having to sign for it. In these circumstances, we can send your parcel by first class Royal Mail post as this does not require a signature.

Unfortunately, some items do go out of stock although we try our best to avoid this. We will notify you by email if an item you have ordered is out of stock. We will always give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates and we will contact you asking you whether you would still like us to send the order to you.

We will only charge you postage once per order, no matter how many parcels we send you.

We will email you to let you know that your order has been dispatched.

Please contact us for your tracking number if you have not received your parcel within 7 days of your dispatch email.

Please note that, for overseas deliveries, local import duties and taxes may be payable on the parcel when it reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and are unable to tell you what they will be. Please contact your local customs office.

When returning goods from overseas, please clearly mark them “RETURNED GOODS”. Failure to do so will delay the parcel at Customs and can incur administration charges. We will have to deduct these charges from the refunded amount.

We really do try our hardest to ensure that your clothes get to you quickly. However, sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries caused due to these.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or hotels for security reasons.
